Noosa Property Locations
You will be spoiled for choice – all our holiday homes have so much to offer!
Regardless of the location you choose you will always be 5 to 10 min away from everything else and there is so much to do, and each location is special in its own way.
Sunshine Beach is lively and fun but also laid back, and equally loved by locals and visitors in the know. Geographically central to everything but you may not want to leave as there are plenty of things to do in Sunshine Beach village itself. If you do feel the need to explore you are also a short drive to Hastings St. You can easily access the hiking trails in Noosa National Park (including a long hike over top of the heads to Hastings St!)
Alternately, all the other beaches can be reached along the very scenic David Low Way by car or bike. There is a great path following the coast from Sunshine Beach to Peregian Beach. The Junction and The River are also within 5 to 10 mins drive.
Sunrise Beach is quiet and family friendly. Many locals live surf and walk their dogs. There are also two great children’s playgrounds at Dame Patti Drive and Rainbow Cresent. Sunrise Beach also has a convenience store, bottle shop, butch, baker and pharmacy as well as the Noosa Aquatic Centre and tennis club in the same area. The closest village with restaurants and cafes is at Sunshine Beach which is connected by quiet roads and a walking path through a beautiful bush area (allow 15 – 30mins at least if choose to walk). There is also a cafe located at the main Sunrise Beach access point at Tingira Cresent where you will also find toilets and showers.
Nestled into the National Park on one side and with miles of beach on the other you will feel like you are miles away from everything yet you are still only 5 min from Peregian Beach and Sunshine Beach villages with Hastings St and the River 10 – 15 min by car. Marcus and Castaways are peaceful, small seaside suburbs that are very kid and dog friendly. Access to the family beach is easy and generally 5 to 10 min walk from all our properties. There are no shops and cafes here which helps the relaxed local vibe. If you want to dine out, have a coffee or pick up supplies though you can choose to drive to Sunshine or Sunrise (closer to Castaways Beach) or into Peregian Beach (closer to Marcus Beach) within 5 mins or biking the quiet streets.
Nestled between Marcus and Coolum and still just 12 mins from Hastings St and with its own awesome little village Peregian Beach is without a doubt a little bit of an undiscovered gem. With something for the whole family in the village you might find yourself planning your next trip back as soon as you arrive. One part function, two parts fun – from picking up supplies at the brand new IGA or spending time in the massive grassed area next to the beach you might find you don’t need to go anywhere else.
