A message from the owner

My favourite thing about our house is it’s location. It’s centrally located right in the middle of the village, with restaurants, shops, cafes and the surf club all within walking distance with the beach on your doorstep. You can literally park your car up and never have to use it again during your stay. My recommendation for early mornings is the walk around the headlands into Noosa, stop for a coffee (even breakfast) and then walk back – it’s a great way to start the day and you’ll feel way less guilty when you indulge in your surroundings

We had a wonderful three day break. It was such a relaxing space and whilst there was some construction happening next door it didn't really affect our stay - they hold off any noisy work until after 9am. The beds were all luxurious, pool was clean and the space was light and breezy. It's an incredible location, minutes walk to the beach and amenities that Sunshine Beach has to offer. Whilst the view has been lost by the construction next door, in some ways it offers a little bit of privacy from the beach front so it didn't bother us too much. The house has everything you need to have an incredible break and we loved the opportunity to bring our fur baby. We will definitely be back! - Trent

Beautiful large beach house great for family and perfect for pooches with enclosed fences. A shame that trees were blocking beach views but had glimpses and hearing the waves at the doorstep was very relaxing 😌 - `Melanie H

The sea breezes and louvres make the downstairs living area of the property feel like it is air-conditioned. The living areas, kitchen and the deck are expansive and easy to enjoy at any time of day. The kitchen is well equipped. The property is about as close as you can get to the Surf Club and Sunshine Beach Village. - John G
