'Leaf House' is modern, private and drenched in natural light, slide back the bi-fold doors and stroll out to the private deck and pool area. The private library which offers a separate TV and reading area turns into the 4th bedroom.

urn the Tide is an environmentally focused ocean film tour made by independent filmmakers from around the globe. The films will introduce you to inspiring characters and incredible marine life. Travel from an African Penguin colony to the nesting colony of 5200 breeding pairs of shy albatross in the south of Australia. Celebrate the unique programs to conserve our oceans and the inspiring individuals who are making them happen. The whole objective of Turn of the Tide is to inspire people to protect our oceans, re-invigorate those who are already working hard to protect it and share positive ocean conservation stories. Turn the Tide is inspirational, educational and entertaining!

Noosa Hill Climb Winter Challenge

The mid-year Noosa Hill Climb, presented by the Noosa Beach Classic Car Club, is one of Australia's premier car hill climb events, with plenty of thrills and spills as cars wind through 14 corners. See more than 120 drivers compete to be the fastest up the winding hill in Tewantin National Park, with a broad range of makes and models competing such as the Skelta, XU1, Mini, Fiat, GT, Jag, open wheel hill climb specials and more. There are great spectator spots on many corners and a chance to get up close with the cars and drivers in the pits. Food and drinks are available.

Pomona King Of The Mountain

Dates: 28-July-2019 - 28-July-2019
The Pomona King of the Mountain Festival held in the Noosa hinterland town of Pomona is a fun-filled event for the whole family, ending with the gruelling Bendigo Bank King of the Mountain Challenge where competitors from around the world run up the steep face of Mount Cooroora. The festival program includes other family-friendly races, a 3km family fun run, heritage markets, antiques fair, tug o war, amusement rides, local cuisine and live music. Festivities begin early with the arrival of car clubs showing off their classic vehicles. The 4.2km main race at 2.30pm is a steep, almost vertical climb up the mountain and back. Entrants come from around Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Rim and the UK to compete. Celebrations continue afterwards and into the evening with live music and free entertainment. The festival is a project of The Cooroy & Pomona Lion’s Club.

Great Noosa Trail Walk

Dates: 05-October-2019 - 07-October-2019
The Noosa Trail network is a dedicated network of eight scenic hinterland walking, cycling and horse-riding recreational trails through the Noosa Hinterland. It has been existence for 20 years and has continuously been improved and upgraded by the local Noosa Council. The spectacular countryside trails are well signposted, and vary in length and difficulty. The walking trails are fully maintained and signposted and the Noosa trail network is punctuated by interpretative signs and rest shelters. The trail passes through national parks, state forest, private property, council parks and road reserves. The ground has been minimally modified, and you should expect encounters with fallen debris, holes, rocks, mud and grass. It is a truly fantastic resource to explore “Noosa Country” and visits the hinterland towns or Cooroy, Pomona, Cooran & Kin Kin along it’s many and varied routes.
