"The house was perfect!!"

The house was perfect, very well laid out, secure and had all the amenities we required. Text reminders were great re garbage bins and checkout etc. Loved the welcome pack. I could tell Holiday Homes Noosa was an extremely well run business. Arrival went very smoothly and house was very, very clean

"Spectacular sunrise views across the Pacific Ocean !!!!"

My family and I recently

stayed for a week at Lumiere in Sunrise Beach for a much-need break from wintery Melbourne. What a fantastic property! Only a five minute drive from Hastings Street in Noosa Heads, it’s also just a short walk to the surf beach at the bottom of the hill. The house sits high on a ridge with the living areas offering spectacular sunrise views across the Pacific Ocean in the morning and a large balcony overlooking the palm trees for a lazy cocktail or two in the evening. You can easily open the balcony doors to catch the breeze and while away an afternoon on one of the lounges. Full of natural light, the home is immaculate and decorated like an upscale beach house, with lovely timber floors, stylish furnishings, artwork and the latest kitchen appliances. We ate out a lot, but you could easily cook gourmet dinners at home with a fully equipped kitchen, utensils and a large fridge. Wi-Fi was fast and there are two large-screen TVs with Netflix and Stan. It’s also deceptively large, and while we’re a small family and mostly used the upstairs section of the house, a second family could stay downstairs without the house feeling overcrowded. All the bedrooms have big beds with luxurious linens and thoughtful design touches for lighting and storage, while the upstairs en suite bathroom was spacious and modern with a huge bathtub. It also feels very secure and owing to its elevated position, provides lots of privacy from the street. My son had great fun in the downstairs rumpus room, and the hosts have provided a large selection of games and books to keep kids of all ages entertained. Being July, it was a bit cool for a swim in the pool, however in the warmer months, there are plenty of toys for splashing about and adults could keep an eye on the kids from the balcony adjoining the master bedroom. The deck chair on this balcony must be the warmest and sunniest spot on the Sunshine Coast in the afternoon! The hosts have also provided beach towels, beach toys and a range of other amenities that allow guests to really maximise the holiday fun – this was greatly appreciated as these items are costly and inconvenient to bring with you on an interstate holiday. It’s a small thing, but buckets, spades and balls really come in handy with a three year old! Reservation and check-out were easy and we had no issues communicating with the property managers, who were responsive, efficient and unobtrusive. We spent a lot of time on our holiday enjoying the nearby national park, various beaches and the shopping and dining in Hastings Street, however it was a real pleasure to come home to such a well-resolved, thoughtfully designed holiday home. We will definitely return.
