At Utopia we love the leafy deck, high lofty ceilings and the open plan living that lets all the family enjoy individual pursuits or group gatherings. Holidays are for family fun and our house caters to all of that - swimming, tennis, bike riding, beach, walks, fine dining and so much more. What about a group booking of four couples and start your holiday with bubbles on the deck, by the pool or in the spa - not sure which is my favourite, you may have to try them all! We hope you enjoy Utopia as much as we do.

We booked Utopia beach house the night before checking in after problems with another property and couldn't have been more pleased when we arrived. Staff made the whole check in simple and the property was immaculate. It is still very close to shops etc but feels completely private being in a gated community. The house is private from the street with beautiful palms all around and has a lovely spa and plunge pool. We absolutely loved spending our babymoon here and will be back next year. - Simone T

We stayed at Utopia Beach house for three nights. It was a beautifully presented home with all the extra added features. The pool and spa were a highlight of the property as well as the pool table and games machine for the kids. The rooms were all spacious and tidy with separate air conditioners in each room for those warmer months. The outside of the house is set in a well covered area with lots of trees and greenery which provides a lot of privacy. The home is close to many shops, a small drive from the property. The check in process was smooth and easy. We all very much enjoyed our time there and would recommend to any medium to larger size group as the property comfortably would suit at least 8 people. We had a great holiday. The house is great, better than we were expecting and we loved the pool and spa. The kids were preferring the house to the beach... Communication was also excellent - Rod, Brett, Lewis and Hanna

Great house to stay in! Had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. The house was clean and inviting and the beds were comfortable and it was so lovely to be able to bring our dog along. The house was close to shops and restaurants and only 5 minutes from Hastings street and the river. The pool and spa were lovely, pool table provided great entertainment and the games machine was a bonus. Also Check-in was easy. We would definitely stay again! - Kathie
